A special treat awaits diners. The new menu has been compiled by Boconni’s Head Chef Marco Visinoni and Fulvio Pierangelini, Italy’s most renowned chef. Fulvio’s philosophy is centred on simplicity being the most important thing in the kitchen. Like so many of today’s leading chefs, he is happy to pass on his knowledge and expertise to others and acts as an art culinary advisor to Rocco Forte Hotels. Today’s menu combines the Italy’s and Belgium’s best produce to please all lovers of fine cuisine.
