- Upgrades and extensions to your stay can be quoted on request.
- While we will do all in our power to supply the package you have selected at the place and time requested, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or the acts or omissions of third parties (including other participants in the package you have booked).
- A credit card number will be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Cancellation is free of charge providing it is 2 pm one day prior to arrival. Excluding spa residential packages, which must be cancelled three days prior to arrival.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or package.
